A friend referred me to Joey Travis and told me it would be worth my while to have him look over my current policy. I hesitated a little but called Joey and he met with me at my home. Just so you know the complexity - I have a pool, acreage, cattle, and other animals.
My perception of the hassles I would go through in order to change insurance companies turned out to be false. Joey made it really easy for me. He showed me large exposures and gaps in my existing coverage and was able increase my coverage, fill in those gaps, and save me lots of money!
Approximately a year later, August 2014 a windstorm caused some major damage to my roof and a tree was blown over on my detached garage. My wife called to let me know what had happened. I immediately left work and on my way home I called Joey and let him know what had just happened. He really surprised me when he pulled in my driveway the same time I did to see the damage first hand and help me get started with the "plan"!!
I had no idea who to call or what to do next. Joey recommended several companies that specialize in storm damage. The storm happened in the early afternoon and by mid afternoon, with Joey's help, I had a crew of people at my house not only to start on the quoting process but also to weather proof the damage to my garage. Joey stayed in touch with me several times per week until the repairs were complete.
From start to finish, I have been totally amazed at the dedication and personal service I have received (even helping my son learn how to throw a football:) )
All the damage has been repaired/replaced and I can't even imagine taking my business elsewhere. Even if I had to pay more money now, I would gladly do it. I now see the value in having an agent that not only has knowledge and experience but that really does care about his customers.

I am sure there are many good agents , but I doubt there are very many that will strive to meet your goals and needs like he does. Throughout the recent claim at our home, Joey Travis and his team at Northwest Arkansas Insurance Group were invaluable. From the very first moment when I called him from out of town to let him know of the situation, Joey took over and handled everything for us. By the time we arrived home several hours later, he had a team at our house mitigating the damages and protecting our belongings.
